Rasheed Thompson

Founder & Managing Director

Rasheed Thompson is the Founder & Managing Director of 365 Homes, a Tacoma-based homebuilder helping families find a home, find community, and build generational wealth.

Before building homes, Rasheed worked as an educator and nonprofit leader, and he brings that same commitment to people into every project.

For the past few years, he has served as Chief of Staff for the 1DROP Collective.

Rasheed focuses on attainable housing, from ADUs and DADUs to single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes. He is passionate about mentoring and sharing his expertise so that more people can build, own, and grow in the communities they call home.

  2. Get pre-approved: know your budget. Ask about down payment assistance.

  3. Choose your home: once pricing is released.

  4. Reserve: sign a reservation agreement and pay a deposit. Details to be confirmed.

  5. Sign the purchase agreement.

  6. Follow the build, then walk through and close.
